My husband and I went to a spa and found this in the garden there. He fell in love with it so I got it for him when we got back. He hung it on the front porch and it’s perfect there. I thought the sound might be too loud for our neighbors but it’s not. My husband rings it every morning. It’s very peaceful.

It’s low, calming, relaxing, great built quality. I just don’t get tired of it and the neighbors don’t complain because it is a low tone not high pitch

This is so large and sturdy I was sure only a hurricane would bring forth melody from within, but the sound is a nice meditative gong, that I was eager to give opportunity to. I am very pleased to report a soothing melody in a gentle wind!

I am in love with this bell. I read many reviews saying that it takes a significant wind to make it sound, however that has not been the case for me. I don't think I live in a particularly windy area. There hasn't been a day that has gone by without me hearing the soothing sound. I have it set up in the corner of my screened porch, so it doesn't get wind from two sides. I can't wait for tornado and hurricane season!

We tried to hang this from a shepherds hook in our fenced in backyard, however it wasn’t getting enough wind at that height. So disappointing. My husband decided to hang it from a tree limb, above the fence line. That did the trick. We love the deep rich tones. So happy we kept it.

i found a lot of smaller chimes from china much cheaper , the thing is ,the sound they use to advertise thier products were ripped off from Woodstock Chimes . do yourself a big favor and spend the money for a truly crafted wind bell , the quality is awesome and the sound you hear on their website is what you will receive . Its worth every penny if your looking for a bell for meditation or just checking the wind . Pure Quality all the way, I couldnt be happier with it.

Bought this as a gift for my wife and we BOTH absolutely love it. It has a great tone. It is very low, very calming. Does not ever get obnoxious. It takes a some solid wind to get it moving and to make noise. I was a bit concerned that it might be hyper active because we can get some strong wind for a long time. It makes the right amount of noise. It's very recognizable, soothing and enjoyable. Highly recommend
