I'm sure they will come to you packaged in ONE box, but they are TWO separate activity pads, which you could give a separate gifts. My grandchildren loved these when they were toddlers!!

That you might have to find out by calling airline. Don't put the water into the "pen" until you get on board as they may question the contents. Add the water from a bottle on board the plane. These are great books, our granddaughter loves them.
