I was looking for a good quality motion activated light for my backyard, which is very dark at night. I was very excited to receive this light today. The light is very well built. Quality seems excellent. It charged to 100% in a couple of hours in bright sunlight. The light is extremely bright. The hardware is solid, heavy, thick metal. Screws and bolts are good quality. Design of the light is appealing. Using the included remote (the batteries are included, by the way), you can adjust the brightness and change settings. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase and give it 5 stars.UPDATE AFTER 10 DAYS OF USE:I installed it in my backyard, attached to a tree. Installation was very simple. I used my own screws to attach it to the tree stump. The light is working very well. It senses motion about 30 feet away and turns bright. The rest of the time is about 30%. Just enough to light the area. It lasts the entire night. In the morning, before sunrise, it's still on. I'm very pleased with this light. So far it's working very well
This was originally purchased for a different part of our yard but it was so bright, a neighbor complained! We moved it to the deck and pool area and it worked out even better. Great illumination and easy set up. Definitely recommend for outdoor spaces that donāt get a lot of light.
I am yet to finalize the placement of this solar light but wanted to give it a try. And wow, I am quite impressed by the brightness of the light. It lights up the yard and stays on for about 5-6 hours. Even on a cloudy day, it charged up and stayed light for quite a while. even the remote range is quite good and sensitive. The build quality is pretty sturdy and will last a few years to come. I am planning to buy another one for the front yard as well. Those on the fence, go for it, you won't regret it.
We had a motion sensing solar light attached to our gate. It would turn on when we opened the gate at night. We back into our driveway through a gate and into the garage. The solar light on the gate was not bright enough. We often could not see the gate posts in the backup camera.I purchased two of these lights and now when my gate opens it's like daylight out lighting up my driveway. We can now safely back into our driveway in the darkest of night..
Love this street light! It really lights up the darkness on my driveway very well. It can stay on all night at 30% and go to full brightness when it detects motion. It seems to charge up fully quickly and has been on every morning when I get up to walk the dog in the dark. One thing I would like is the ability for it to only come on when it senses motion rather than going from 30 - 100%. If you want a light for safety or security, this is it. And it's cheaper than hiring an electrician to run power out my driveway.
Solar street light is very bright. Solar and battery seems to have caught up with charging and storing battery power. Itās freaking bright donāt look directly into the light close up. Itās that bright. The company is understanding and was quick to respond back to your problem. This is a 5 stars all the way. Never thought Iād have a solar street light that works like a normal outside light. The biggest plus once itās bought. Itās total maintenance free beside cleaning it up every once in a while. And electric free cutting a bit of the electric bill
I am amazed by this product. At first light in the morning it is still on. It comes on at dusk and as you can see by my photo, the light swath is very wide. You have four brightness options with the remote control, as well as passive infrared. Itās a great light and I feel so much safer as I feel it will deter criminals or anything else that would come on the property.
If you are looking for a solar light to brighten your yard then I highly recommend it. One light can brighten a whole yard. I received many compliments from friends. It can detect motion from far away. We had rain last week but had no issue with the light turn on at night. Installation was a breeze.
The light is perfect. Very bright !!! You can control the brightness and the time that you wants at 100% bright. The motion sensor detects you very fast. That helps me with the security cameras to get the clear image. The battery run time is all night long thanks to the solar panel.
