I love this product and really believe it will be beneficial when I use consistently. Picked up this one for personal use and in works great! Comfortable material easy to use just make sure to follow directions. It's rechargeable and as a bonus you can use it on all muscle groups not just your abs. I used it on my abs, pecks, lower back my thighs and 🍑. I've had a Slendertone for a decade but the battery is shot. Tried to find another, but liked the idea of not having to deal with gel pads. Easy enough to try the one with the most reviews, and it holds up. This device so far, is better than the Slendertone; tech has come a long way. I was impressed on how ease it was to use the belt. I have a broken bone in my back and found this device a good way to build up my abs since I can not do a full sit-up. I was training for a body building competition and it came in useful to work on my abs without the stress on my back.
