These tops can be started one by one or one can challenge himself/herself by starting a second top and adding it to the top of the first one.

My husband is still trying to get all 5 stacked up. We saw it on baby Einstein and we both remember having this toy as a child and happy to bring it back to our kids. We consistently get 4 but that 5th one is near impossible. Haha. If it were easy and he got it the first try there would be no need to keep trying and the toy wouldn't be as much fun!

I thought each disc would be magnetic, but they’re not. Just plastic discs that come with a device you can use to start them off spinning. Very difficult to get them all going at the same time at first. This is going to take some practice! I am an adult shopping to put a few interesting toys in the toy box for visiting grandchildren.

Lots of fun, for a wide range of ages. Honestly I bought these for myself (37 years old) but my 5 year old niece also loves them. It's fun to create challenges (like stacking them on a spoon and walking around with it, stacking in different size order, etc) Great for hand eye coordination as well

Oh my students loved these! My son also! They remind me of BeyBlades, at a much more economic price! Be advised, they are not sturdy like the BeyBlades were, but I did have many little hands playing continously with them for a while. The winder broke. My teen superglued the pieces back on and they still work. One thing though, none of us could "stack them up"

My grandkids and I have a blast with these. They are ages 16 months, 3 , 5. The older ones can make them spin themselves. I actually bought 2 sets we really get them all spinning at once and try to stack them while they are spinning. Can't go wrong with this toy.

This is a great toy ( for ages 5 and up, as it states). WE had one for yrs. This purchase was to replace the one that broke, from being over wound. That is the only thing I see that kids do, that breaks it. I taught my grandson to ONLY do 12 clicks, so he won't over wind it. They go Fast. Lots of enjoyment for our 6 yr. old Grandson.
