I tried this and found that it definitely smoothed out my wrinkles. Unfortunately, it’s plumped up my face, which is already a bit on the chubby side. I thought my only problem would be on deciding whether I preferred my wrinkles or a really fat face, but there was another problem, which I was unaware of. Once I started reading the literature that came with this product it turns out that if you have a pacemaker, you should not be using it at all! I think it would be helpful. If the makers of products that shouldn’t be used with a pacemaker should have that information together with everything else they have to tell you about the product. I had to return it, and I was not so happy about that .

Also, I had been charging the tool and when I went to pull off the shield to use the tool the entire piece came apart from the tool. So the part you put directly onto the skin had come apart from the hand held tool itself. I immediately found their “contact us” feature through their website and explained the issue. I just got this and used it a few times so I can’t talk about the results yet. However, it feels fabulous on my face, the rounded bottom fits perfectly in my palm, the curve of the wand follows my facial contours and neck, and the heated red light massage is just so relaxing.
